Went to PC Richard’s today to look for a new washer and dryer, and were greeted by Jimmy. He stayed close by to help us with any questions we had without being overbearing. He helped us find exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. He made the process for us easy and seamless. In and out. PC Richard is great too because they will not only install our new units for us but will take away our old ones. Thank you Jimmy for all your help and convenience :)

I want to say a big "Thank You" to Steve Nourijanian for his help (most recently) with choosing my beautiful and wonderful LG Washer & Dryer. Also my Samsung TV & in 2024 , my GE Microwave and Stove. I know that Steve cares about his customer's appliance needs, because he listens and suggests ideas and options and good prices to me. My entire family says, Steve Nourijanian is the Man to see at PC Richard & Sons! 💯

I came in the other day, frustrated and low on patience because my refrigerator had gone out over night and hundreds of dollars worth of meats had to be tossed. I came into this store and was greeted by the most friendly young man named Charles. He was sympathetic to my situation and took the time to walk me through the variety of options P.C. Richards had to offer. Explaining both the benefits and cost efficiencies of each appliance. This young man was honest and really made me feel valued as a customer. I left in a much better mood than when I came in. What a personable and caring employee. I will certainly return to this location in the future for all my household needs

Best location on the island by far. I have been to most of them in Suffolk county. Patrick especially took care of me and got me a great deal on an air conditioner. He definitely could be a sales manager for his hospitality among other traits. 10/10

Jimmy was excellent. After dreading the hotest days of spring, I was desperate for a new wall unit AC. As a new homeowner, I was ready to buy the first thing I saw. Jimmy slowed me down, taught me the difference in products, and helped me pick out the best unit for my needs and home. And for a better price point! Thanks, Jimmy!

P.C. Richardson & Son in Patchogue has a great selection of appliances at fair prices. They staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Friendly atmosphere and smooth service. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently moved and needed to buy pretty much everything brand new for our new place. We originally stopped in just looking for a TV, but Tim went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us every step of the way and recommending additional items that ended up being so useful for our home.
